Electric Shock

Fourteen year old Ramirez from Brazil tragically died due to an electric shock caused by her hair straighteners. After her wet hair came into contact with an exposed metal wire, the resulting surge of electricity proved fatal.

Blunt Force Trauma

Heather’s story ended abruptly when her car was hit by a tow truck. While the crash itself did not kill her, a laptop that was situated on the back seat of her car flew forward and struck her in the back of the head, causing blunt force trauma.

Omar Owen was driving his Tesla in Florida when he suddenly lost control and crashed into a palm tree. The impact of the crash caused the Lithium ion batteries to catch fire, and the malfunctioning retractable door handles prevented onlookers from rescuing him.

Remote Control Helicopter Accident

Roman Perozek, an avid helicopter enthusiast, was flying one of his remote control helicopters when it suddenly lost control and flew towards his head. He was unable to move out of the way in time and the helicopter blades sliced his head open, resulting in his death.
